Our mission is to help every cook having a better kitchen experience. Over the coming few years, we will try to work on a cooking book, given your blessings of our existing recipes. The owner of this website is Ahmed Elbaz; myself, working and living in the lovely Grand Duchy of Luxembourg – Europe. I have a small family of a pretty wife and 2 great very young daughters. I am the only one who doesn’t speak French in the family, and that’s a key reason this website is only in English J Once again, I hope you all enjoy every minute you spend on our website.
